At Our Handlooms, every saree is carefully inspected and quality-checked before it is packed and dispatched. We take special care to check the product for visible defects, damage, tears and other quality concerns to ensure that our customers receive products in good condition.

As our sarees are carefully selected and individually quality-checked, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, colour preference, design preference or other personal preferences after the order has been confirmed and delivered.

We therefore request our customers to carefully review the product photographs, description, specifications and other available details before placing an order.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product ordered or described, please contact us promptly with the relevant order details and supporting photographs/videos. Such concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.
